Faktor Zehn is once again a triple “Great Place to Work”

GPTW Faktor Zehn

Faktor Zehn is once again one of the best employers in Germany this year – this was the result of the independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work.

Overall, we received three awards in the size category 50 to 250 employees: 4th place nationwide, 3rd place in Bavaria, and again 2nd place as an employer in the digital industry.

“The award is both a great honor and an incentive for us to continue on the path we have chosen,” says Managing Director Jörg Renger. “We owe our success to our employees and the open and honest cooperation. This togetherness, combined with the innovative strength, the individual strengths of each person and the always positive team spirit is the core of our success. This is something we can be proud of.”

Our focus: Our employees

Our rating as one of Germany’s best employers is based primarily on the opinions of our employees. The anonymous survey of Faktor Zehn employees this year ran under the motto “new ways new chances”. The main focus was on the growth of the company and our continuous development. The evaluation of our employees focused on topics such as leadership, trust, recognition, identification, team spirit, development, compensation and work-life balance. A survey of the People & Culture team on measures and programs to create an attractive workplace culture was also taken into account in the evaluation, but only with a weighting of 1:3 in relation to the opinion of our employees. The opinion of our employees was therefore the main focus.

Faktor Zehn achieved outstanding results in areas such as trust, honesty, fair treatment and the acceptance of new employees.

We repeatedly emphasize that our corporate culture is very important to us. This makes it all the more important for us to receive feedback from our employees so that we can continue to improve. The Managing Director at Great Place to Work Germany, Andreas Schubert, also believes that “culture is the glue”. The nationwide competition for the “Great Place to Work” award has been around since 2002, and this year celebrated its 20th anniversary under the motto “Great means more.”

“For us as a company, the priority is to offer people an environment in which real value can be created through trust and honest communication.” Says our Managing Director Dr. Florian Schwandt. “The short formula “fun at good work” sums it up. Economic success is merely a natural consequence of our culture. The awards once again impressively confirm this and at the same time are motivation for us not to let up in our efforts to create an optimal environment for our teams. Thank you, dear employees of Faktor Zehn!”
