This year at the Pitch Club Developer Edition (PCDE) in Munich, Faktor Zehn was allowed to answer the ever-popular question of what makes Faktor Zehn a company. Spoiler alert: it’s still the people.
At the 94th edition of the PCDE at Backstage on October 28, companies were once again allowed to pitch to interested company seekers why your company in particular should be targeted. Faktor Zehn was represented here by colleagues Thorsten, Marius and Michael. The presentation held by Thorsten scored very well with the audience. Especially the mention of the trust leave attracted a lot of attention and generated the first and only murmur of all presentations of the evening. Also the quite critical questions of the audience could be answered by Thorsten very sovereign.
After the presentations, there was the possibility for all participants to enter into dialogue at the individual company stands. In addition to the good burgers and tasty drinks, there was philosophizing about the development for insurance companies, among other things. It was also interesting to talk about the topics that currently have no project relevance for Faktor Zehn, such as AI.
All in all, it was a very successful event. Even though not every participant’s technical background made them a good fit for Faktor Zehn, interest was still generated. Especially the trust vacation was a unique selling point that evening. The execution itself was very pleasant after the long time without events with personal contact to other people.
To everyone who visited our booth, thank you for the interesting conversations! Hopefully we can welcome you as new colleagues soon.
