Last Tuesday, numerous visitors flocked to the Congress Center Leipzig, Germany, for the two-day IT Fair for the Insurance Industry. A mix of fair exhibition, keynotes, elevator pitches, and expert panels was dedicated to current developments in policy management, sales as well as automation and strategies for digitalization.
We from Faktor Zehn AG were also present with a booth this year. Along with a cup of espresso, we passed on information about our products via a live demo. An array of our visitors from consultants to insurers stopped by. If anyone showed more interest, the demos took up a longer time, which pleased the audience.
Apart from our participation via a booth, we were supported by our new customer DEVK with a presentation at the policy management expert panel. Hans-Georg Macherey and André Gassen from DEVK reported about the first successes of their project, which had only kicked off in July. Their presentation emphasized that we keep our promise—that is, making standard software manageable. Already up to 90% of their products, they related, are modeled by DEVK employees.
We are very pleased with the past two days at the fair and look forward to next year.
